Dear Customer Service Manager, Angela. 

on 25 november 2010, I received a letter from the hotel where you work. the letter was written that I receive vouchers to stay for a week with the value of vouchers amounting to 1.5 million rupiah. with limits expire until the date of March 31, 2011

however, when on 18 March 2011 I arrived with my Houseband and two children. to the hotel where you work, but I want to register at check-in at the hotel reservation desk told me that vouchers can not be used. and said that vouchers can not be used.
